Nia Wyn is a queer soul artist from the UK. First EP "Magical Thinking" explores her personal experiences while delving deep into a complex world of betrayal, lust, guilt, and anxiety. Nia’s smokey voice gives hints of classic Macy Grey, while the production aesthetic mixes slinky grooves with a heavy backbeat and jazz guitar.

With her roots in the timeless hinterland of North Wales, Nia Wyn has a knack for raw and powerful storytelling—combined with defiant charisma and a knack for dissecting the subtlety and nuance of human emotion. Released by Unity Group, the EP arrives just in time for a headline show at The Courtyard Theatre in London on July 14th. As a songwriter, Nia is not afraid to cover issues around mental health, identity, sexuality and relationships, which only adds to the sense of authenticity and empathetic resonance that springs forth from her music.
