Les Gold drops a new single 'No Time' just in time for the winter months. This dark lullaby encourages us to find strength in the struggle to stay physically and spiritually warm from the midst of a seasonal ennui.

Staying young is a mindset, and as the forces that seek to break us down close in around us, we begin to question what is real. Portland indie-rock quartet Les Gold was founded by frontmen Jenson Tuomi and Travis Ezell out of a lifetime of friendship and musical exploration. Together with lead guitarist Tim Kaye, bassist Nick Wright, and drummer Walter Stern, the band has cultivated a sound that mixes homegrown indie-rock from the Northwest with elements of pop-punk, folk, and dream pop. The buttery-smooth lead vocal pairs well with a clean electric guitar and luscious harmonies. The result is an introspective moment spent wondering where the line is between fantasy and memory as we make sense of our own complicated existence.

Les Gold finished their debut EP, More Silver, in the Summer of 2018 with the help of renowned Portland producer, Bob Stark of Sonic Media Studios. No Time is their second single release for 2019. This song is featured on our CHILL NEW Songwriters playlist.
