We don't have a lot of information about Korean indie musician team Dogoekdong. Introducing GoekChic: the production that almost fooled me into thinking it was a strange dialect of English. What I mean to point out is that the melodic sensibility is so relatable, that it fits right into the wide landscape of alternative, throwback pop styles. It's great stuff.

"inflammation" wonders out loud whether we are able to ever let go of what we love most; and how we are able to navigate those complex sensibilities when we care way too much about someone to be able to just walk away from the relationship. This is mid-tempo, slightly melancholic Indie pop, with a solid beat & a smooth vocal performance that splits the difference between Rob Thomas and Chet Faker. Highly recommended.
