Brian Fender and TxTHEWAY are brothers, solo artists, and first-time collaborators on their new track "Running Outta Time." They rap openly about life, double standards, and their identity as black men in today's America.

Brian Fender is from Broward County, Florida but currently lives in New York. Older brother TxTHEWAY, also from Broward, currently lives as an artist and songwriter in Los Angeles. Both are first generation Americans of Jamaican descent. Together they are working through a year of catharsis and hard truth-telling in the wake of unprecedented social unrest, and the awareness that it brings to a longstanding conversation about justice, police violence, and people of color. "Running Outta Time" is an intimate and illuminating narrative about what it takes to find inspiration in a world that chooses not to see the best in you.
